My name is Jacques van der Merwe I am 47 years old. I am from Pretoria Gauteng, South Africa.

I was introduced to TruVision Health by friends of mine Andre and Annatjie, and I am so privileged to be part of this amazing company that has changed my life for the better.

I had been overweight most of my adult life and have tried most diets. Those diets did not work and it has been a roller coaster ride with the weight going up and down. The most I have weighed was 186 kg – 409 lbs. I felt like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode.

On 11 October 2017, I started on TruVision Health products and am still going strong.

I feel proud of myself for what I have achieved. I’m also proud of my wife who has also had great success since we started with TruVision Health. We were doing this as a team, supporting and helping each other.

I have made a decision to live a better life, eat healthier, and exercise. I have been setting goals and crushing them one by one. I promised myself I will no longer be overweight ever again. Thanks to TruVision Health, I am in the best shape I have been in a very long time and fittest I have been since my army days.

I have also set and reached goals for the 10K Pledge. I started with only 7,581 steps and in no time I hit a personal best of 42,458 steps in one day. My wife has also been doing her own 10,000 step daily. Our focus will now shift to building our business and will be helping other people to achieve the same and better results.

Thank you TruVision Health for this wonderful opportunity. I have been so blessed to be part of this amazing company and using TruVision Health as part of my weight loss journey. I have enjoyed every step of the way.
